| You can make the payment using any of the following methods: |

How Can I Do It?
* Visit any ICICI Bank branch anywhere in India, fill up the "Deposit Slip" with the following account details and deposit the amount. Ask the Cashier for the Transaction Number/ID and note it down (Please retain the Cash Deposit receipt). |
